International Shipping

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 business days so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange, contact our customer service team with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide instructions and return authorization.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
